1. Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items such as clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].
4. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.
